We can all do yoga. Just by conscious breathing, bringing focus and awareness into your movements combined with poses that help stretch and strengthen your body, and calm your mind.
Our style is about the many benefits you receive from your practise rather than what we ‘look’ like at yoga. Each day we feel different physically and emotionally, so we practise honouring our body and mind to improve our state of being for that day .
The classes are great for everybody including beginners, offering and encouraging different levels to suit your energy that day. We have a non competitive and supportive space.
Most classes are Hatha style yoga (postures and breathing), sometimes there will be slow flows and sometimes vinyasa. All with options to progress at your own pace.
Very popular is our Yin yoga (slow, floor based, meditative and longer held), a nice reminder to slow right down both physically and mentally.
We have mats at the studio that you can use if you don’t have your own, although we do encourage you to bring your own mat and props if possible. Bookings are encouraged to secure your space. Email or message to book ( and if need be to cancel)!
Quite often the hardest part is to just show up, but it is well worth the effort to do so.
